Mike Hardy is a Managing Member of Moon Mountain Holdings and a Clearwater-based operator with more than 25 years of building and scaling software businesses as a CEO, revenue leader, and COO. As CEO of TOPS Software (now Enumerate), he led the company's move to SaaS with TOPS [ONE] and a growth partnership with American Discovery Capital. During that time TOPS was named one of the Tampa Bay Times Best Places to Work five times, recognition of the culture the team built. He still serves on Enumerate's board and works with Great Hill Partners. Earlier, he spent nine years at Vocus through its 2005 NASDAQ IPO, earning Rookie of the Year and six President's Club awards. Today he is COO of CAM Ascent, an investor and advisor to Tempello, and an advisor to several other startups. Mike holds a degree in political science and history from Radford University and has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas County since 2013.

Andrea Hardy, PCAM®, AMS®, CMCA®, is a Managing Member of Moon Mountain Holdings and the founder and president of CAM Ascent, a Clearwater firm that gives association management companies independent Board sentiment analysis and early warning on client churn. She brings more than 19 years in association management and 7+ years in technology and customer success leadership. She ran Select Management Company as CEO/COO for 12 years (2002 to 2014), then joined TOPS Software, where she was a senior account executive and later Director of Customer Success (2018 to 2022). She also consults for CAM Leadership Institute and Broadband Planning. Andrea is a Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager and graduated summa cum laude in psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas.
